I see clients at my home in Curdworth and if you travel to me my services start from £27.50 per hour. Alternatively, I also offer a mobile fitness service and can travel to you from £32.50 per hour (depending on distance). Discounts are offered on bulk session purchases and I can accommodate clients who wish to train in pairs.

We will work through different heart rate ranges at varying intensities incorporating multiple muscle groups. – Precise measuring and weighing service

I provide regular health assessment including; body measurement, body fat ratio, BMI, weight and blood pressure to monitor your progress and to set and achieve goals.

– Dietary advice via a balanced nutritional plan

Weight loss is a two way street; exercise and eating healthily. To this end, I generate bespoke, sustainable eating plans to help you manage your new healthier lifestyle at home (if required).
