I like to achieve a maximum of ten people per class in order to be able to offer the necessary focus to each client. I run my classes in local halls at affordable prices, making them accessible to everyone.

Group Personal Training Classes

My Group Personal Training Classes take the common exercises I use in my one-on-one sessions, developing these into a group hour-long workout. The programme includes; HIIT, kettle bells, matt work, and sparring with your class mates (to name a few)! A fast-paced, fun class designed for weight loss and toning, whilst taking into consideration each participant’s needs/goals.

HIIT Pilates

HIIT Pilates is a unique blend of traditional Pilates fused with high intensity interval training. This will not only develop your posture and body-tone (strengthening your core), but will integrate fat-burning exercises. Perfect for people who wish to lose weight and improve their overall shape, core stability, posture and balance.

Pre and Post Natal Pilates

Speaking from experience, having a baby is a wonderful experience (for the most part!), but the process can be challenging on your body (and mind). I am currently developing a programme, which is both safe and effective, aimed at maintaining your fitness and developing mindfulness.
